First American Bank is a local branch of a large full service lending institution.  They offer a wider array of loan products than do the two local banks above and usually will make loans at a lower interest rate and will require a smaller down payment.  Pre-Qualification applications can be filled out and submitted on line at First American's website:  mortgage lending    Closing costs will be higher than at the two local banks.

Mason National Bank is located in the neighboring county but does have enough knowledge of the McCulloch County market area to make loans in this county and of course in Mason County.
